Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases from mezmob.com. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Who We Are

MezMob products are designed, manufactured and shipped by PANYAS YAZILIM MİMARLIK İNŞAAT VE TİCARET A.Ş. ("Panyas A.Ş."), Türkiye. Sales, marketing and payment collection for mezmob.com are handled by Panyas Global Ltd (United Kingdom) on behalf of MezMob. Full company details are available in our Legal Notice.

2. Products

Our products are handcrafted from natural solid wood. Colour, grain, texture and minor dimensional variations are natural characteristics of wood and are not defects. Product photographs are for illustration; your product will be unique.

3. Prices and Currency

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).

  • Ready-to-ship products ("Buy Now"): the product price and the DDP delivery cost shown at checkout are final and include shipping, customs duties and import taxes.
  • Made-to-order products: prices on the website are indicative ("from" prices). The binding price, delivery cost and terms are set out in your personal quote, which is valid until the date stated on it.

4. Orders and Contract

  • Ready-to-ship products: your order is accepted and the contract is formed when your payment is successfully completed. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
  • Made-to-order products: the contract is formed when you accept your personal quote and your payment is received.

We may decline or cancel an order in exceptional cases, such as an obvious pricing error or a product being unavailable. In that case, any payment made is refunded in full.

5. Payment

Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's payment page and are never stored on our servers. For larger projects, bank transfer may be offered on request.

6. Production and Delivery

Dispatch times, delivery times, shipping methods and customs terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carriers or customs authorities.

7. Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the product is delivered to the address you provided. Ownership passes to you when we have received full payment.

8. Returns, Cancellation and Refunds

Your rights to cancel, return and receive refunds are described in our Refund & Return Policy. Bathtubs and products made to your specifications cannot be returned for a change of mind.

9. Warranty

MezMob bathtubs are covered by our One-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including your statutory rights as a consumer. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or failure to follow our care instructions.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
